1. Services Provided
We provide lawn maintenance services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Services include mowing all designated lawn areas, trimming around obstacles and edges, and blowing off grass clippings from driveways, patios, and sidewalks to maintain a clean, professional appearance.

2. Scheduling
We aim to maintain a consistent service day for your property. However, service days may be adjusted due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any changes.

3. Property Preparation
To ensure efficient and safe service, customers are responsible for preparing their property prior to each visit. This includes removing items such as patio furniture, hoses, toys, pet waste, and any other obstacles that may interfere with mowing or trimming.

4. Obstructions & Additional Fees
If our crew is required to move items to complete service, or if excessive pet waste or obstructions are present, additional fees may apply. Charges will be based on the time and effort required.

5. Communication
We strive to keep customers informed of any scheduling updates or service-related matters. Customers are encouraged to communicate any concerns, preferences, or special requests in advance.

6. Payment Terms
We accept checks, cash, and credit/debit cards, with checks being the preferred method of payment. Invoices will be issued after each day of service and are due in full by the last day of the month following the service date. Statements will be sent on the first of each month for any outstanding balances. A late fee of $5 plus 1.6% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance past the due date.
